Days of Thanks: Day 14

On day 14, I am thankful for my first home.  I bought this town house while I was in grad school in July of 2004.  It was perfect for me.  1050 square feet. 2 bedroom. 1.5 bathrooms. partially finished basement and best of all, no yard work.  I have done a lot of work inside, like all new flooring, new countertops, paint, among other little updates.  I have spend 8 great years here.  I love the location. I love the memories.  I am happy that we are keeping it and turning it into rental property.
